Animal House Facility of the Institute is duly registered with CPCSEA and upgraded as per guidelines of CPCSEA. It houses mainly small animals like rabbits and cocks and has been operational for a long time. There is also one IAEC (Institutional Animal Ethics Committee) approved by CPCSEA. Species specific antisera are raised routinely in rabbits.
